Who We Are
At Adriel Supported Living Care, we specialise in transition services for young adults, Mental Health, Learning disabilities and Autistic Spectrum disorders.
We offer a collaborative person centred approach, getting to know our service users and their families, listening to their needs and requirements so that we can tailor make a package which best suits their needs.
We provide high quality accommodation, in residential areas with smaller occupancy. We provide a home like environment, promoting independence and supporting our service users to learn new skills needed for day to day life.
We work around the ethos that this is their home we are there to help them live the most rewarding and fulfilling life possible. We motivate and reward, arranging activities which involve, engage and enrich our service users lives, celebrating their successes and encouraging them to take on new challenges.
